Terms & Conditions

Course payment
Payment must be received in advance, at least 1 week prior to attending the first lesson. A course place is confirmed on reception of the payment. Please note that we don’t accept payment by instalments.

Payment should be cash or cheque payable to Languistique.

Missed Classes
We are unable to provide refunds in respect of missed classes as your place is reserved for a fixed number of consecutive weeks.

Course Cancellation /postponement by you
You can postpone the start of your selected course provided you haven’t started that course (note: this does not apply for private classes of more than one person).

To withdraw from a standard course, you must do so in writing at least 10 working days before it starts in order to qualify for a full refund (note: this does not apply for private classes of more than one person).

If you are unable to complete a course (e.g. moving abroad) we will provide a pro-rata refund of the course fee for the balance of classes, provided you notify us at least 6 weeks before the date you wish to cancel (note: this does not apply for private classes of more than one person).

Class Cancellation/Amendment by Languístíque
In exceptional cases it may be necessary for Languístíque to cancel or amend the time and/or location of a class. If a class is cancelled or amended, you will be offered the opportunity to attend another class, provided a place is available. If a place is not immediately available or you are unable to reschedule, a pro-rata refund of the course fee for the balance of classes will be offered.

Refunds
All refund requests must be made in writing to Languístíque.
Refunds are only available against course fees and are subject to the criteria set out above. All refunds will be remitted by Languístíque within 30 days.
